• Each Hamburger Pack is approximately 1lb. The 1/2 Hamburger Pack comes with two 1/2lb patties and the 1/3 Hamburger Pack comes with three 1/3lb patties. 
• Each breakfast sausage is approximately 1lb. Try our hot or mild to make some great breakfast burritos or sausage gravy. Our breakfast Sausage is 100% beef.
• Each Jalapeño and Cheese German Sausage pack is approximately 1.2lbs and contains 4 fully cooked sausage links. We recommend to grill or pan fry them to melt those cheeses and get those jalapeños activated. Our Jalapeño and Cheese German Sausage is 100% beef. 
• Each Fajita Pack is 2lbs. and comes pre-sliced & seasoned. The fajita package contains the flank, bavette, and inside & outside skirt all sliced up and mixed together for that perfect dish. The seasoning contains salt, sugar, garlic, black pepper, and lemon.
