Return Policy for 1911 Beef

At 1911 Beef (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, and we want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options in the event that you need to return or exchange a product.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our beef products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied and will work with you if there are issues with your order. We may consider returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or an item that was not ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you believe your product is eligible for a return or exchange based on the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
  • Provide Documentation: Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting images (e.g., pictures of damaged or incorrect products).
  • Return Authorization: Once we review your case, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
  1. Return Process
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. You may be required to return the damaged product to us in the original packaging, but we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost. You may be asked to return the incorrect product, and we will cover the return shipping fees.
  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh or Perishable Products: All beef products are perishable and cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
  • Custom Orders: Any custom cuts or special orders cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.
  1. Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, in cases where the wrong item is sent or a product is damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

  1. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product (if applicable) and inspect the issue. You will be notified once the return is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: In the case of a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order or the product was defective.

Shipping Info

Standard Flat Fee of $9.95 (1-3 days)

  • All packages ordered BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Wednesday will be shipped out on the same day for arrival 1-3 business days later.
  • Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Wednesdays through Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.

Rush $9.95 plus additional $39

  • All packages selected for rush delivery BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Thursday will be shipped out on the same day for an expected arrival the next business day. ($39.00 shipping fee)
  • Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Wednesday will be shipped out the following business day for expected arrival one day later.
  • Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday-  Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.

Shipping Exclusions

  • We only ship products to the continental United States (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or P.P.O addresses.  Please make sure that all addresses are complete and accurate as well as telephone numbers to ensure the most efficient deliveries.
